Allawah Retirement Village

The Allawah Retirement Village presently consist of development approval for 26 self care units. Twenty four units have already been constructed.
These units are operated by Coolamon Shire Council under a Loan/Licence arrangement. The Loan/Licence fee currently being set at $185,000.00 plus a maintenance charge of $65.00 per week.
This development is seen as an ongoing project by Council to provide increased opportunities for the aged to reside in a safe and secure surrounding within the township of Coolamon.
